WHAT HAPPENS IN A CHRIST-CENTRED SESSION?
Each session is a sacred, Holy Spirit-led space where through personal encounter with God, deep healing, freedom and transformation unfold.
In these sessions, we may:
Pray for God to reveal the deeper cause of your present issue
Uncover and invite God into the past trauma or childhood wounds to bring healing, perspective and freedom
Identify strongholds—belief systems or lies that are holding you back
Talk and share
Renounce and repent
Pray to integrate fragmented or wounded parts of your soul
Heal generational trauma/curses
Pray for deliverance
Receive guidance from the Holy Spirit
Embody more of your true identity in Christ and walk in greater freedom
These sessions are not just therapeutic—they are transformational encounters with God’s love and truth that lead to greater freedom in the area where you once felt stuck.
Sessions are typically 90 minutes - 2 hours and are over Zoom.
Sessions are by donation: Suggested donation $125 an hour or whatever God puts on your heart to pay.

"My life changed dramatically when I encountered Jesus at 16. I was lost and broken, worn down by life’s hardships. But as I grew in my faith, everything began to shift. "Desperate to feel anything again, I answered a Facebook ad that changed my life. I was numb, dead inside, resistant, disconnected, ashamed, filled with fear and anxiety.

"I suffered from insomnia, memories of sexual abuse, confusion and loss of self from spiritual abuse from a cult, feeling frozen, unhealthy relationships, struggles with fear of work and not being able to get out of bed some days.
I found Tamika's 1:1 sessions helpful to feel trust in others again. Tamika is warm, accepting and calming. In 1:1 sessions I have accessed lessons and learning I would not have discovered on my own. A. No you don't. I work with both Christ-curious and Christian clients. You will need to be open to prayer and working with the trinity of God/Jesus/Holy Spirit.
A. I do not offer Medicare rebates.
A. No. God transcends time and space. The result will be the same whether we are in person or over zoom.
A. I am a non-denominational follower of Christ who believes the Bible is the inerrant Word of God. I believe the process of becoming born again includes believing in Jesus Christ as our Lord and Saviour, repentance, water baptism and Holy Spirit baptism. John 3:3-7
A. Absolutely not. I believe Newage is demonic and any association will open doors to the enemy and result in attacks and demonic oppression. I have renounced the Newage 100%. I rely purely on the Holy Spirit to lead my sessions and the direction we move in. All healing comes from God. What I have retained from my 20 years as a Coach and Therapist is my ability to create a safe and non-judgemental space for healing to occur and be a safe guide for God to reveal and work through the many layers that are within for healing and deliverance to occur.
A. Sessions are typically 90 minutes but can go up to 2 hours if needed.
A. Sessions are by donation. My rate as a therapist is $125 an hour and session typically go for 90 minutes to 2 hours so this is the suggested donation fee. if you cannot afford this, then you may offer a donation according to what you are able to or what God puts on your heart. Once you book in a session, I will email you my bank details for you to make a donation payment to.
