Sacred Journey Home is a Christ-centred healing ministry led by Tamika Hilder, created to help people heal, find wholeness, and walk in the life God created them for. We have a passion for supporting Newagers to come to Christ and heal once and for all.

I have 19 years experience as a Coach and Somatic Trauma Therapist and in 2023, I gave my life to Christ leaving the Newage behind. I now offer a Christ-centred and trauma-informed therapeutic approach that specialises in emotional healing.

This is the sacred journey home. The return home to God through a personal relationship with Christ and the resulting healing, wholeness, freedom and life-transformation that occurs when we are plugged into the living, loving source of all creation.
Jesus said, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” John 14:6
Jesus also said, "He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners." Isaiah 61:1.

"I started working with Tamika in 2024. I have struggled with weight issues for most of my life and was sick of not being happy with or in my body.

"My life changed dramatically when I encountered Jesus at 16. I was lost and broken, worn down by life’s hardships. But as I grew in my faith, everything began to shift. "Desperate to feel anything again, I answered a Facebook ad that changed my life. I was numb, dead inside, resistant, disconnected, ashamed, filled with fear and anxiety.
I had trauma I had been carrying for 35 years which had led me into a life of self-sabotage, not caring, deception, lies and manipulation. Constantly running to alcohol and other toxic behaviours to escape my pain. I was in a very dark place of loneliness, aloneness, hopelessess and helplessness.

"I suffered from insomnia, memories of sexual abuse, confusion and loss of self from spiritual abuse from a cult, feeling frozen, unhealthy relationships, struggles with fear of work and not being able to get out of bed some days.
I found Tamika's 1:1 sessions helpful to feel trust in others again. Tamika is warm, accepting and calming. In 1:1 sessions I have accessed lessons and learning I would not have discovered on my own. My life story and experiences have begun to make sense and I have begun to realise and truly shift very deep patterns from childhood, that have made me vulnerable to abuse.

For twenty years I searched for truth and healing. I explored many pathways and gained multiple qualifications in Coaching, Trauma Healing, and Somatic Psychology while creating successful businesses helping others.
Yet even after all that, I still had remaining challenges and was still seeking...something!
My first encounter with God revealed that He was what I had been seeking all along. I felt like I had truly come home. From there, He began to bring about a completion of the emotional and physical challenges that remained.
Inner healing and deliverance through Christ resulted in freedom from 25 years of fatigue, grief, and more. The healing that proceeded was root-cause level, something I had attempted to attain for 20 years.
Now, it is my honour to be a bridge for New Agers exploring Jesus and to support you on your sacred journey home to God—into the wholeness, peace, joy, and purpose God has planned for your life.
