Sacred Journey Home is a Christ-centred healing ministry led by Tamika Hilder, created to help people heal, find wholeness, and walk in the life God created them for. We have a passion for supporting Newagers to come to Christ and heal once and for all.

I have 19 years experience as a Coach and Somatic Trauma Therapist and in 2023, I gave my life to Christ leaving the Newage behind. I now offer a Christ-centred and trauma-informed therapeutic approach that specialises in emotional healing.

Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth and the life. No-one comes to the Father except through me." John 14:6.

"My life changed dramatically when I encountered Jesus at 16. I was lost and broken, worn down by life’s hardships. But as I grew in my faith, everything began to shift. "Desperate to feel anything again, I answered a Facebook ad that changed my life. I was numb, dead inside, resistant, disconnected, ashamed, filled with fear and anxiety.

"I suffered from insomnia, memories of sexual abuse, confusion and loss of self from spiritual abuse from a cult, feeling frozen, unhealthy relationships, struggles with fear of work and not being able to get out of bed some days.
I found Tamika's 1:1 sessions helpful to feel trust in others again. Tamika is warm, accepting and calming. In 1:1 sessions I have accessed lessons and learning I would not have discovered on my own. For many years I was lost and seeking healing. I became qualified in Coaching and Healing modalities and gained knowledge, but it didn't change how I felt inside.
Through a deep inward journey of somatic healing, I moved out of dissociation and into wholeness. But even after 20 years of healing, I still faced challenges that somatic healing couldn’t address.
I came to learn about spiritual warfare and through Christ was able to get free of 25 years of fatigue, endless grief, and more.
I realised that what I had been seeking all along was God. This relationship has brought light into my life and brought me back to life.
It is now my honour to support you on the sacred journey home, healing all that is in the way of you feeling truly whole and living the life God has planned for you.
